Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. This email will include your order details, such as the items you've purchased and the order number. If you don't see this email in your inbox shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. In the rare event that you don't receive an email, feel free to reach out to us at our customer service email(hello@giltyglow.com), and we'll happily assist you in confirming your order's status.

Every order comes with tracking. You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships. You may also use our tracking page.

We offer free expedited worldwide shipping.

Here is the shipping timeline if your address is in the United States, Canada:

Shipping Time: 5-11 Business Days
Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days

USA & Canada: We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly.  Our current domestic order processing times may range from 1-4 business days. Once shipped, we ask that you allow 5-11 business days for deliveries. Transit times may exceed what is outlined above.

INTERNATIONAL: Our current international order processing times range from 3-4 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, international courier and customs delays beyond the control of GiltyGlow International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We always recommend that you consult with your physician or other qualified health care professional before using LED products or if you are seeking medical advice. 

Anyone who is potentially sensitive to light should take caution before using LED products. For example, women who are pregnant, people with epilepsy, or people who are taking certain medications such as tetracycline, steroids, or cortisone injections (which may cause light sensitivity) should not use LED products, and must consult with their physician or healthcare provider.
